Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive success of Security & Defence projects within Western Canada by establishing market growth and client development aligned with regional and national objectives.
  • •Develop and manage Security & Defence revenue/project development to achieve annual financial goals and forecasts, including backlog and net revenue forecasting.
  • •Build and evolve the Security & Defence sector through thought leadership (speaking, writing, education sessions) and collaborate on strategic plans for target markets.
  • •Maintain long-term client relationships and identify/develop new clients; contribute to management of the Western region.
  • •Review operational and project performance metrics and lead major sector projects as warranted, including providing professional architectural seal on drawings and contract documents when supervising architect.
