Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, direct, and/or assist employees performing mechanical work on engines and equipment at facility locations.
  • •Ensure routine prevention, predictive, and compliance maintenance is completed and properly documented.
  • •Coordinate system improvements, modifications, and special projects, including planning and approvals for major maintenance items (AFE).
  • •Compile, prepare, and analyze reports and correspondence such as O&M capital budgets, oil sample analysis, contractor quotes, and maintenance plans.
  • •Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements and set Process Safety Management (PSM) frequencies based on oil analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of compressors, turbines, pumps, and other rotating equipment used in the gas and gas liquids industry.
  • •Knowledge of instrumentation, electrical, and process control equipment and systems.
