Own and run active searches, including on-site interview processes, debriefs, reference checks, and offer presentations/negotiations. Use recruiting data and market insights to guide decisions, educate leaders on best practices, and improve candidate experience. Additionally, market-map and source prospective candidates while collaborating with employer branding and supporting regional succession planning initiatives.
