Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic regional partner to hiring managers, advising on the external leadership candidate market to secure top global talent.
  • •Advise on position alignment, interview best practices, and candidate experience, using data to support decisions.
  • •Pull and analyze hiring metrics to identify trends beyond individual requisitions and across business/industry lines.
  • •Lead updates on active searches, conduct on-site interviews, run debriefs, perform reference checks, and present/negotiation employment offers.
  • •Train leaders to improve talent acquisition capabilities at executive level and support regional succession planning initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of recruitment experience with focus on Europe.
  • •Executive search recruiting experience (search firm or in-house) across multiple departments/functions.
  • •Experience with active sourcing and attracting candidates through different channels.
  • •Use data and research to inform recruiting decisions and discussions.
  • •Fluent and an excellent communicator in English and Hungarian.
