Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise IT systems across global environments.
  • •Develop automation to reduce manual effort and improve system resiliency, including infrastructure-as-code and operational scripts.

Key Requirements

  • •Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable Polygraph.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related technical field (additional experience may substitute).
  • •8+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, enterprise operations, or DevOps roles.
  • •Hands-on automation experience with tools such as PowerShell, Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • •Strong experience supporting enterprise infrastructure domains (server compute, storage, virtualization, networking, and monitoring) and ITIL/ITSM workflows.
