Senior Cost Manager responsible for cost control and steering across the complete Hochbau project duration, ensuring client cost management objectives are met. Contributes to feasibility studies, prepares cost estimates and plans, supports tendering, and delivers monthly cost reports with presentations to the client, while driving value analyses and coordinating with interfaces through all project phases.
