Serve as front-line customer contact by greeting customers, resolving issues, and handling checking and savings transactions. Process payments such as loan payments, real estate tax payments, money orders, and cashier’s checks while counting, proving, and balancing cash drawers. Use bank technology to complete transactions accurately, participate in in-house training, and work branch hours with flexibility to float as needed, including meeting sales referral goals.
