Key Responsibilities

  • •Model factory operations by generating process flows, value stream maps, Pareto charts, spaghetti diagrams, and CAD drawings.
  • •Calculate resource utilization, identify throughput constraints, and support capacity and manpower planning.
  • •Apply Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce undesirable effects and improve efficiency, cost, quality, and delivery performance.
  • •Draft infrastructure improvement and expansion proposals, and plan integration of new products, technologies, and equipment.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to execute projects addressing obsolescence, factory performance, and safety/ergonomics improvements.

Key Requirements
