Kiln Technician, Thermal Hardware (Starship)

Operate kilns and supporting equipment in a high-cadence manufacturing environment to process materials into heat-shield tiles for Starship. Perform routine monitoring, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting; log data, follow safety protocols, and escalate issues to specialists. Work closely with production teams to maintain kiln reliability, quality, and uptime in a fast-paced setting.
