Job Summary

Join Carvana at a high-tech inspection center in a hands-on entry-level role supporting vehicle reconditioning. You’ll help keep vehicles customer-ready through detailing tasks like washing and interior cleaning, move vehicles between departments, and/or assist with inspection duties. Work a first shift (Mon–Fri 6am–3pm) with possible mandatory overtime, while receiving training, competitive pay, and comprehensive perks.

Key Responsibilities

•Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
•Move vehicles between departments within Carvana Inspection Centers (for Lot Attendant duties).
•Inspect vehicle interior and exterior and identify imperfections/defects (Inspection Associate duties).
•Take vehicle photos for customer viewing (Photobooth Associate duties).
•Support timely vehicle readiness while working mandatory overtime as needed based on business demand.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 16 hourly

Key Requirements

•Be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, including exposure to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment such as face shields/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments as required.
•Read, write, speak, and understand English.
