Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of technical building services projects with emphasis on mechanical/electrical and controls systems.
  • •Manage the design and delivery of MEP projects in live, operational environments.
  • •Establish and manage project governance, reporting, and change control processes.
  • •Interface with clients, consultants, and contractors across all project stages and manage client key requirements.
  • •Support procurement activities and tender evaluations, and contribute to internal financial management and quality assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in project management delivering projects autonomously.
  • •Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering field, or relevant industry experience in building services and construction (e.g., MEP/BMS/HVAC/Fire/ Hydraulic).
  • •Strong technical capability and deep understanding of building systems.
  • •Proven experience managing MEP projects in live, operational environments.
  • •Background in design consultancy or MEP services delivery contracting.
