Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate analysts and assistants to analyze loss and damage data while ensuring delivery quality and turning insights into action plans.
  • •Define alignment meeting strategy with delivery, dispatch, and leadership teams to spread the loss prevention culture across operations.
  • •Lead the loss-prevention audit and study program, reviewing safety and operational procedures with other areas.
  • •Present loss and damage data to leadership, defining KPIs and monitoring routines for trend tracking.
  • •Develop the analysts and assistants team by distributing demands by seniority and supporting technical and professional growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete higher education with experience in logistics, transportation operations, process auditing, and data analysis.
  • •Experience coordinating teams is desirable.
  • •Knowledge of business intelligence tools, spreadsheet/document editing, and data visualization.
  • •Availability to work in Zona Norte of São Paulo Capital (on-site), Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:48, with easy access to the metropolitan region.
  • •Experience applying artificial intelligence tools to data analysis.
