Key Responsibilities

  • •Wind standard coils for dry type transformers using coil-winding machines and hand tools.
  • •Interpret wiring diagrams, sample coils, work orders, engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and blueprints to determine wire and winding specifications.
  • •Perform welding and/or brazing to join bus bars to foil, and use hook-up/hot work assembly tools to meet production demands.
  • •Inspect product quality and installation to ensure conformance to production quality standards related to coil dimensions and bus bar location.
  • •Maintain at least 80% of productivity time standards, keep work areas clean and organized, and comply with U.S. export control and security regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •No relocation benefit; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members exempt).
  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Forklift operator certification (can be trained on-site).
  • •6+ months using soldering/brazing/welding experience, or a completed welding certificate from an accredited institution or high school trades course (3+ years related field preferred).
