  • •Be an extremely strong full-stack engineer capable of taking ownership and building product features end-to-end.
  • •Implement, test, and deploy secure, fast, scalable production code independently (with lightweight collaboration).
  • •Work across backend and frontend (including UI/UX refinement) to deliver complete user-facing experiences.
  • •Demonstrate strong performance focus, including optimizing backend performance and benchmarking database queries/SQL.
