Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the accounting organization subject matter expert for Power BI and enterprise reporting solutions.
  • •Design and maintain scalable financial data models and optimized semantic models within Power BI.
  • •Develop ETL/ELT processes and standardized data pipelines to automate reporting from ERP and finance applications.
  • •Establish Power BI Center of Excellence governance, including security models, deployment pipelines, lifecycle management, and performance optimization.
  • •Lead finance reporting automation and advanced analytics for executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and predictive insights across close, cash flow, revenue trends, and financial risk indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related technical discipline.
  • •(12-15) years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or financial systems.
  • •Expert-level Power BI development experience, including advanced DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, semantic models, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
  • •Strong SQL development skills and experience integrating multiple enterprise systems into reporting solutions.
  • •Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting processes, with experience building executive dashboards for senior leadership.
