Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead regional SCM planning initiatives across SEAO subsidiaries, aligned to HQ strategies and business objectives.
  • •Assess subsidiary SCM performance, identify operational gaps, and recommend practical improvement plans.
  • •Review weekly and monthly demand and supply forecasts, validating assumptions, inventory strategies, and supply risks.
  • •Standardize and continuously improve regional SCM processes, policies, KPIs, governance, and inventory strategies (safety stock, optimization, slow-moving reduction, SKU rationalization).
  • •Act as HQ–subsidiary liaison through SCM review meetings; support new product launches, transitions, promotion planning, and EOL inventory management, and provide executive reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • •8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Operations Planning, or related areas.
  • •Proven experience supporting regional SCM operations or multiple countries/business units.
  • •Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, forecasting methodologies, and supply chain best practices.
  • •Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English, plus strong SAP experience.
