Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive successful delivery of the ERP Business Analyst O2C workstream across blueprint, build, testing, and cutover/hypercare phases.
  • •Support end-to-end O2C process areas including inquiry and quotation, sales order processing, delivery, billing/invoicing, credit management, accounts receivable, and integrations to Boundary Systems.
  • •Collaborate with business and digital teams to understand requirements and provide guidance on effective ERP system utilization.
  • •Design and implement solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA to enhance workstream processes aligned to the Collins operating model and industry best practices.
  • •Create functional specifications, document common solutions (configuration/process flows/data policies), and support data mapping and testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship now or in the future (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
  • •Minimum 7+ years’ experience with SAP systems with Order to Cash experience.
  • •Strong understanding of digital processes for O2C (quotes, contracts, sales orders, returns, delivery, shipping, pricing and billing finance processes, EDI, customer applications).
  • •Experience with SAP system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities.
