IT Technician (all genders)

Support first- and second-level IT users as part of the Warehouse IT team, acting as the initial point of contact for internal and external requests. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across PCs, printers, mobile devices, and IT services, while monitoring and improving the IT infrastructure. Work with Windows and Linux systems, investigate and fix incidents using available tools, and participate in on-call/rotational Saturday duties.
