Job Summary

Operate assigned plant equipment or areas with close-to-moderate supervision, following operating discipline to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance. Monitor process conditions, KPIs, and control systems, perform scheduled tasks and immediate responses, and carry out autonomous maintenance including minor repairs and preventative maintenance. Collaborate across shift teams, handle shift relief with proper handoffs, maintain qualifications through training, and support investigations and root-cause activities to improve plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow operating discipline policies and procedures to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
•Operate and field-check process equipment by monitoring process conditions, key performance metrics, and control systems.
•Perform scheduled operational tasks and respond to unplanned events as needed.
•Coordinate with shift teams, conduct effective shift relief and communication/handoff to arriving teams, and complete training and qualification goals.
•Initiate and document preliminary investigations, participate in root cause investigations, and perform autonomous maintenance (minor repairs and preventative maintenance).

Key Requirements

•Completion of vocational education or upper secondary education (high school diploma).
•No prior experience required; apprenticeship or trainee experience is an advantage.
•Diploma in Engineering or graduation in science, preferably Chemistry.
•Ability to work in shifts.
•Currently appearing for final exams can also apply.
