Key Responsibilities

  • •Work cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering teams to execute product and business strategy.
  • •Drive the full development cycle including technical design, development, test automation, experimentation, analysis, and launch; review code and design docs.
  • •Build efficient, reusable frontend web components and maintain performance and scalable systems.
  • •Design and implement server-side APIs with strong architectural judgment around client/server separation of concerns.
  • •Collaborate with Machine Learning and Generative AI engineers to improve Community Support systems and provide technical direction in design discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of industry experience
  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in CS or equivalent experience
  • •Experience architecting FE systems with proven ownership of end-to-end features and cross-team integrations
  • •Experience building large web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern JS/TS libraries and tooling (e.g., React, GraphQL)
  • •Proficiency in one or more back-end server languages (Java/Kotlin)
