Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead consulting projects in the payments domain from business analysis and functional conception through testing to implementation support
  • •Contribute to transformation initiatives involving modern payment architectures, regulatory requirements, and innovative payment solutions
  • •Collaborate with clients and project teams in both classic waterfall projects and agile delivery settings
  • •Own topic areas and support/lead sub-projects and smaller project teams as needed
  • •Contribute to internal topics and support professional, methodological, and personal development within Capco

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed university degree
  • •Relevant hands-on experience in consulting projects in the financial services environment
  • •Strong interest in payments and knowledge of topics and processes such as PSD3/PSR, SEPA-Classic, Instant Payments, TARGET2, TIPS, Clearing & Settlement, Cash Management, or Correspondent Banking
  • •Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a team-oriented, customer-focused working style
  • •Fluent German and English skills, plus unrestricted mobility in national and international project environments
