Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate jobs on computer network and start laser printing on specific printer equipment to support production.
  • •Stage printed jobs in the production area to ensure smooth transitions through production and meet delivery deadlines.
  • •Work closely with Facility Managers, Production Supervisors and Leads to handle directives, deliveries, changes, emergencies, and data/file problems.
  • •Complete multiple tasks on multiple printers at the same time, running current jobs, laminations, re-runs, and next customer work based on the schedule.
  • •Maintain quality and production documentation by logging time/materials in ERP, keeping the work order system updated, and sampling/inspecting print jobs.
