Own the end-to-end candidate interview experience as a strategic partner to hiring teams, shaping communications, setting expectations, and ensuring every interaction reflects NBCU’s transparency and brand alignment. Architect interview logistics across time zones and formats, coordinate onsite space readiness, and manage candidate travel and hospitality details. Advise recruiters and interviewers on best practices, accessibility, and candidate engagement while maintaining confidentiality and clear escalation paths.
