Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the monthly end-to-end payroll process for assigned countries and act as the key contact for external payroll providers, HR, and Finance.
  • •Process payroll information from Workday to Cloudpay, including integration validation and template-based input.
  • •Manage joiners and terminations, ensuring employees are accurately recorded in Workday.
  • •Develop, review, and improve controls and procedures so international payrolls are processed accurately and on time, including compliant deductions.
  • •Support year-end processes, audit inquiries, and perform reconciliations and discrepancy research as needed.
