Job Summary

Support the Western Washington Outreach Team by overseeing volunteer onboarding, screening, and ongoing role matching. Manage volunteer data and reporting in Dynamics and Track It Forward, including approvals of volunteer hours and activities. Coordinate training, technical assistance, and program updates in partnership with Home Office, and help design evaluation tools to measure volunteer and participant impact. Work with the Outreach team on community engagement, events, and continuous program improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and coordinate volunteer onboarding, data management, and volunteer activities for the Western WA outreach team.
•Recruit volunteers based on departmental needs, and review applications to lead training for new or returning volunteers.
•Process incoming volunteer and intern background/driving checks and onboarding paperwork.
•Update and manage volunteer data and reporting in Dynamics; review, approve, and match volunteer hours and activities in Track It Forward and Dynamics.
•Coordinate with Home Office and the Outreach team on volunteer policies, training development, meetings/events, and program evaluation tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.2 - 28.1 hourly

•Mature and personal Christian faith and commitment to World Relief’s mission, vision, and values.
•Ability to work effectively and sensitively with people of diverse cultural and religious backgrounds.
•Familiarity with trauma-informed responses and cultural humility.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
•1–2 years’ experience with volunteer or program management, including data management and reporting; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
