Service Writer

Provide parts and service guidance for outdoor power equipment customers, handling walk-ins and calls with exceptional service and proactive communication. Drive the parts and service sales process from equipment assessment to estimates, authorization, diagnostics updates, and payment transactions. Recommend replacement parts and preventative maintenance, prepare service orders, maintain service paperwork and warranty documentation, and manage parts inventory while coordinating daily with service technicians and the sales manager.
