Job Summary

Join the People Analytics Team to provide analytical expertise and project leadership for HR initiatives. You will conceive and build analytical models, develop scorecards and performance metrics, and create forecasting models and reporting tools that help leaders make better decisions. Work with large HR datasets—accessing, transforming, integrating, and managing them using processing languages and business intelligence tools—then translate insights into visually compelling stories and recommendations.
