Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistent EHS&S leadership across overseen facilities, identify improvements, and present practical solutions to operational teams.
  • •Partner with Area General Manager to ensure site ownership by all team members and integrate teams into IPG EHS standards and expectations.
  • •Lead and supervise site-based EHS&S professionals directly and indirectly across the region.
  • •Actively participate in operational planning including EHS&S initiatives, internal auditing, management systems, compliance initiatives, and governmental/regulatory reporting.
  • •Manage incident investigations and corrective actions, oversee EHS metrics and trends, and manage workers’ compensation, general liability, and automotive liability claims.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Science, or Engineering related fields, or relevant experience.
  • •5+ years in EHS and/or manufacturing with EHS responsibility.
  • •Expert knowledge of OSHA CFR 1910 regulations.
  • •Strong project and process management skills, including major projects and/or change initiatives.
  • •Detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience navigating regulatory/industry web content.
