Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with peers to develop and implement the roadmap for advanced CMOS device/process integration.
  • •Provide support to improve performance and cost efficiency across the device portfolio.
  • •Conduct and analyze silicon experiments for future device generations.
  • •Validate transistor models and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • •Define electrical test structures, design rule verification, and process monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •MS in Electrical Engineering or Semiconductor Device Technology (or related).
  • •Solid understanding of standard CMOS transistor physics and advanced CMOS devices such as FinFET, nano-sheets, and vertical GAA.
  • •Proficiency with analytics and data analysis tools.
  • •Experience defining and designing test structures and parametric test definitions.
  • •Experience in device/process integration and silicon experimentation for future device generations (semiconductor industry experience considered as equivalent).
