Key Responsibilities

  • •Create quotes and order forms for sales deals.
  • •Review quote approval requests and approve qualified quotes.
  • •Process customer order bookings and support the complete order cycle from start to finish.
  • •Support internal and external customers with order booking and order tracking, including escalation for exception handling.
  • •Research ARR calculation discrepancies, enter and review deal information in Salesforce, and assist with non-standard deal structures and deal-operations process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with Quote to Cash in Salesforce CPQ Tool
  • •Experience with Ironclad (preferred) or another CLM such as Conga
  • •Strong back-office operations experience and knowledge of order processing
  • •Cross-functional collaboration experience with Finance and Legal for deal making
  • •Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite
