Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of Learning Advisors and create team development plans, job descriptions, and career pathing.
  • •Manage the LMS/LXP, including system admin permissions, reporting dashboards, user data feeds, SCORM, and content uploads.
  • •Audit learning user data and present monthly and quarterly outcomes, ensuring system and learning program performance.
  • •Design, build, and maintain learning system pages and learner-centric experiences for global standardization.
  • •Partner with business units and leadership to conduct needs analysis and propose learning solutions, troubleshooting adoption and implementing improvements.

Salary: USD 68,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience managing an LMS or LXP and learning system products/tools, plus 5+ years in learning operations.
  • •2+ years of leadership/management experience with the ability to lead and coach teams.
  • •Deep expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • •Proficiency with learning tools and technologies, including LMS/LXP systems (CornerStone), content authoring tools (Articulate), and SCORM.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education).
