Key Responsibilities

  • •Create educational and policy-related content, including infographics, slides, social media assets, and in-product messages.
  • •Translate and adapt English content to market languages (Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Thai, Vietnamese) with accuracy, cultural relevance, and visual consistency.
  • •Support proofreading, editing, and compliance with brand and style guidelines to maintain content quality.
  • •Maintain and update external policies and internal knowledge bases, including policy materials, templates, glossaries, and internal documentation.
  • •Build simple visual reports and analyze metrics (reach, engagement, CSAT) to identify issues and support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
