Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service following the Customer Excellence Program steps for an unforgettable shopping experience
•Work shift operations between 05:45–22:55, including weekends/holidays and 1–2 times per month on-call duty
•Manage cash register operations including handling cash and payments (in- and outflows)
•Advise and support guests, staying calm while resolving concerns and finding positive solutions
•Maintain product presentation by restocking shelves daily, following shop guidelines, and ensuring a clean, professional appearance

Key Requirements

•Friendly, service-oriented, and team-minded
•Punctual, reliable, and able to handle busy situations
•Flexible to work short and longer shifts, including weekends and public holidays
•Physically fit for sorting and lifting items according to SUVA standards
•Strong language skills: German and English at least B2; additional languages are a plus
