Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service following the Customer Excellence Program steps for an unforgettable shopping experience
  • •Work shift operations between 05:45–22:55, including weekends/holidays and 1–2 times per month on-call duty
  • •Manage cash register operations including handling cash and payments (in- and outflows)
  • •Advise and support guests, staying calm while resolving concerns and finding positive solutions
  • •Maintain product presentation by restocking shelves daily, following shop guidelines, and ensuring a clean, professional appearance

  • •Friendly, service-oriented, and team-minded
  • •Punctual, reliable, and able to handle busy situations
  • •Flexible to work short and longer shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • •Physically fit for sorting and lifting items according to SUVA standards
