  • •Build relationships within long-tail accounts and contacts that drive buying behavior.
  • •Conduct 2.5+ hours of phone interaction through 35+ outbound calls daily.
  • •Deliver high-standard call content and technique using WRAAP and CRAFT methodologies.
  • •Develop subject matter expertise across the product line and participate in weekly skills coaching plus monthly account reviews.
  • •Escalate sales and service opportunities as they arise and help measure success through customer behavior and volume growth.
