Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Talent-wide process optimization and standardization across intersecting Talent workflows, tools, data, and user experiences.
  • •Assess current-state processes to identify friction, duplication, control gaps, and improvement opportunities; design scalable future-state workflows and standards.
  • •Establish process documentation standards and maintain an accessible source of truth for approved workflows, roles, decision rights, controls, and use cases.
  • •Own tool engagement and adoption routines, including usage expectations, stakeholder reinforcement, feedback loops, and actions based on utilization data.
  • •Define and track value-realization measures (adoption, efficiency, quality, process adherence, user experience, and business impact) and partner on data to address gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Operations, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •8+ years of experience in process optimization, business operations, operational excellence, change enablement, HR/Talent operations, or technology adoption in a complex enterprise environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end process improvement and standardization initiatives across multiple functions, regions, or stakeholder groups.
  • •Experience driving adoption and measurable value from enterprise technology, digital tools, automation, or AI-enabled workflows.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using operational, usage, and experience data to prioritize actions and measure outcomes.
