Box Office Representative - Darien Lake

Assist guests at Darien Lake Amphitheater by selling and collecting admission tickets, greeting attendees, verifying ticket authenticity, and directing guests to seats, restrooms, and concessions. Help accommodate patrons with special needs, resolve seating disputes, and guide guests to exits during emergencies. Support the venue’s sustainability efforts, maintain safety and order, and close out the show with equipment and recycling collection.
