Manage the efficient daily operations of a bank branch while leading, training, and supervising branch personnel. •Provide leadership, training, and supervision; delegate day-to-day operations and perform duties in the absence of other branch personnel.
•Achieve established bank and branch goals through Banner Way sales management programs and sales management systems.
•Conduct regular observations and coaching sessions, including Touch Bases, Huddles, and Skill builders, to develop the sales team.
•Oversee sales of consumer and business credit cards, account analysis, treasury management, and merchant services, including handling merchant services issues.
•Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations while developing new deposit and loan business.

Travel: Medium travel
