Job Summary

Support daily customer service operations by maintaining customer account information, entering and processing orders through order intake systems, and contacting customers for missing order specifications using ERP and web-based tools. Research order and customer questions to resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate with operations, sales, and other partners to meet KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction, including handling incoming and outgoing calls and processing credit card transactions with PCI compliance.

•Answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls in support of customers and partners, and process credit card transactions accurately with PCI compliance.

Key Requirements

•Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

•Experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred; ability to work flexible hours and overtime if needed.
