Job Summary

Own the design, implementation, operations, and support of enterprise wired and wireless networks, providing L2/L3 troubleshooting and incident resolution. Configure Cisco and Juniper routers, switches, and wireless systems, including VLANs, trunking, routing protocols, redundancy, and QoS. Work with ISPs/OEMs, manage LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure (OSPF/BGP/EIGRP), perform RCA, and maintain documentation and compliance while supporting high-availability network performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide L2/L3 support for wired and wireless network environments and resolve incidents related to routing, switching, and WLAN.
•Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to implement permanent fixes.
•Configure and maintain Cisco and Juniper routers, switches, and wireless systems, including VLANs, trunking, routing protocols, redundancy, and QoS.
•Manage LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure; configure routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP and support enterprise wireless and security.
•Maintain network diagrams, SOPs, and configuration documentation; ensure adherence to security, compliance, and organizational standards and support audits/reviews.

Key Requirements

•3–8 years of experience in enterprise or service-provider networking with strong TCP/IP fundamentals.
•Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS/NX-OS and Juniper JunOS, including switching and routing.
•Understanding of TCP/IP, OSI Model, VLANs, STP, DHCP, and DNS; ability to troubleshoot network routing, switching, and WLAN incidents.
•Experience configuring Cisco Catalyst/Nexus and Juniper EX/QFX switches and supporting enterprise WLAN solutions.
•Relevant certifications: CCNA and/or JNCIA (mandatory/strongly preferred); preferred CCNP (Enterprise/Wireless), JNCIS/JNCIP, and ITIL Foundation.
