Lead S&OP management for TikTok Shipping by building short-, mid-, and long-term volume forecasts from historical data, business targets, promotions, and market trends. Partner with cross-functional teams across network planning, merchant warehouse and operations, and campaigns to align capacity, warehousing, and schedules. Improve forecast inputs and collaborate with product/algorithm teams to refine forecasting models, track accuracy via variance analysis, and develop contingency plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead S&OP management for TikTok Shipping and generate volume forecasts across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.
•Communicate forecast outputs to support workforce, transportation, and resource planning while improving forecast quality with stakeholder feedback.
•Align network capacity, warehouse plans, penetration targets, and promotional schedules with cross-functional teams.
•Partner with upstream business teams and product/algorithm teams to improve forecast inputs and optimize forecasting models for higher accuracy.
•Refine the S&OP process framework, run regular review meetings, monitor forecast accuracy with variance analysis, and develop contingency plans when gaps occur.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
•Strong analytical skills with proficiency in common data analysis tools; SQL capability is preferred.
•At least 3 years of relevant experience in production planning, demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, or supply chain operations.
•Familiarity with e-commerce supply chain, international warehousing, or overseas local logistics; e-commerce platform or international logistics experience is a plus.
•Data-driven problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset, with the ability to adjust forecasting strategies and resolve execution issues quickly.
