Build client relationships through consultative conversations to understand financial goals and recommend tailored banking solutions. Drive growth by promoting and selling deposit accounts, loans and lines of credit, and making referrals to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking partners. Support the teller line to minimize wait times, provide excellent client service, and uphold compliance with bank regulations and internal controls while assisting with operational processes and training.
