Key Responsibilities

  • •Find and validate a problem worth building a business around by engaging real customers quickly and scoring the solution honestly.
  • •Build the product by authoring specs and product context, working hands-on with your Builder and writing code when it’s the fastest path.
  • •Sell the product by landing the first pilot, proving customers will pay, reaching general availability, and acquiring first paying customers beyond the pilot.
  • •Run the business by owning the pod’s profit and loss, hitting stage-gates, and changing course based on evidence.
  • •Operate with speed and comfort with go/no-go gates, treating folds as information and driving ownership of outcomes over hours.
