Team Lead

Lead operations in the Molding Department to ensure parts are manufactured and packaged to Amcor standards. Perform packer/handler duties including inspection, trimming, hot stamping, handle/gasket installation, labeling, documentation, and staging for shrink wrap. Maintain production supplies, follow safety and housekeeping requirements, identify safety device operation, and train through the on-the-job matrix for new hires while providing backup quality auditing as needed.
