Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver exceptional client value by building trusted relationships with employer clients and key stakeholders, and advising clients using deep program and delivery-model expertise.
  • •Use program, engagement, and outcomes data to provide consultative recommendations that improve performance, member engagement, and client satisfaction.
  • •Drive adoption and engagement by developing strategies to maximize program awareness and member engagement, partnering with Member Marketing, and supporting key client initiatives.
  • •Own the client renewal lifecycle, planning proactively and driving retention and expansion through renewals, upsell performance, and identification of growth opportunities.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration by managing escalations and coordinating with Implementation, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and others to resolve issues and align employer activities with partnership goals.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in client success, account management, benefits consulting, or another customer-facing role, ideally in healthcare, digital health, employee benefits, or services.
  • •Experience managing employer clients or employer relationships delivered through a health plan, benefits consultant, or other channel partnership.
  • •Strong understanding of employer benefits and/or health plan environments, including how healthcare solutions are implemented, communicated, and evaluated by employers.
  • •Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments, build trusted relationships, and drive engagement, retention, and growth.
  • •Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and familiarity with client reporting or business review tools preferred.
