•Proactively manage risks and opportunities (internal and external) and oversee contractual foundations.
•Manage, coordinate, and provide strategic leadership for partners and suppliers.

Key Requirements

•Completed degree in engineering (e.g., aerospace, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering), industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable qualification.
•Multi-year project management experience, ideally in R&D within aerospace, defense, or a comparable high-tech industry.
•Proven experience in business development, relationship management, or sales of complex technical projects/systems.
•In-depth understanding of modern project management methods (e.g., IPMA, PMP, Agile/Scrum); certification is beneficial, and risk and contract management experience is required.
•Fluent German and English; strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer-oriented approach in cross-functional international matrix teams.
