Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive alignment of NAND requirements across business units and SSD development teams, translating needs into qualification specifications.
  • •Lead adoption of data-driven and AI-enabled workflows to enhance analysis, decision-making, and execution efficiency.
  • •Coordinate system-level integration of NAND technology with Technology Development and Design Engineering for SSD and end-customer applications.
  • •Provide cross-functional leadership across Product Engineering, Business Units, Supply Chain, Fab, Assembly, and Test to ensure aligned execution and on-time delivery.
  • •Establish a NAND program management system to track priorities, manage risks, and drive execution toward qualification milestones and sample delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •Experience applying data-driven or automation approaches to solve engineering or product development challenges; exposure to AI-enabled tools and workflows is a plus.
  • •Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Copilot, or similar) or a strong interest in leveraging emerging technologies for engineering productivity and decision-making.
  • •Strong cross-functional leadership experience across development, business, and operations teams to drive alignment and execution.
  • •Solid understanding of NAND technology, including validation, test flows, reliability, and failure analysis, with ability to extend into system-level product enablement.
