Design and execute system testing and verification plans for Philips Oral Healthcare devices, working within the Systems Engineering and Testing organization. Partner across R&D and embedded teams to define test scope and deliverables, improve testing methods, and develop equipment and measurement documentation across global labs.

•Perform complex testing and measurement activities, particularly for early-stage or unstable processes, with product development project teams.
•Evaluate test outcomes and deliver detailed reports with system performance insights and recommendations for compliance improvements.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned to project timelines and quality expectations.
•Develop and improve testing methods, including benchtop setups, measurement system analyses, and maintenance of testing documentation.

Salary: USD 83,000 - 131,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience and/or familiarity with product development testing and verification, with strong problem-solving skills and working knowledge of problem-solving tools.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electric, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent education plus experience).
•2+ years of experience in test and verification within product development or hands-on prototype testing is highly preferred.
•Experience related to development and testing of medical (FDA regulated) products (ISO13485, 21CFR820) is a plus.
•Ability to work 5 days within the office in a laboratory environment.
