Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high standards of customer experience in the Store consistent with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
  • •Assist in achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs and profitability targets through effective customer service.
  • •Process sales transactions at checkout accurately and securely.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and order of the store and comply with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • •Assist with execution and processing of incoming/outgoing merchandise and manage stock levels as needed.
