Key Responsibilities

  • •Issue, reissue, and refund passenger tickets; book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations; rebook passengers on oversold flights and during irregular operations.
  • •Perform passenger check-in and seat assignment, rectify oversold seat assignments, and issue upgrades (except curbside).
  • •Operate boarding processes including boarding and deplaning, gate reader/scanner duties, jetways/bridges, and make boarding/departure announcements.
  • •Accept, check, and tag baggage; process credit card baggage transactions and assist with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing.
  • •Provide assistance for special assistance passengers, respond during security or emergency situations, complete trainings, and adhere to DOT/FAA/TSA and company policies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or international equivalent).
  • •Must be able to secure FAA criminal background checks for unescorted access privileges (SIDA), if applicable.
