Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and participate directly in customer satisfaction and integration initiative development as a technical and business subject matter expert to project teams.
  • •Manage complex strategic initiatives end to end for customer satisfaction related efforts.
  • •Identify opportunities to transform program and business processes and recommend effective solutions, including cost savings.
  • •Implement critical change management initiatives on behalf of department and division management and monitor progress toward strategic goals.
  • •Consult, mentor, and coach project managers and subject matter experts; socialize ideas and make presentations to senior/executive leadership.
