Key Responsibilities

•Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery across all reporting cycles
•Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, supporting investor reporting as needed
•Own the general ledger — maintaining the system, reviewing journal entries, and ensuring reconciliations are complete and correct
•Develop and enforce internal financial controls and procedures that keep AppDirect audit-ready year-round
•Partner with the external audit team annually, coordinating documentation and responses across the finance function

Key Requirements

•5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including exposure to full-cycle close and financial reporting
•2+ years managing direct reports in an accounting or finance function
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA designation preferred
•Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and acquisitions is considered an asset
•Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable enterprise ERP system
